Dyncorp International Llc Corporate Office Headquarters Dyncorp International originated in 1946 by the merging of two Companies Land Air and California Eastern Airways. Land-Air became the predecessor of the maintenance and technical support services division and received its first contract by the Air Force Logistics Command. They provide mission support and depot level repair to US military aircraft and weapons systems worldwide. In 1951 California Eastern Airways bought Land Air and in 1962 they changed their name to Dynalectron Corporation and in 1987 the company once again changed their name to DynCorp. The Company provides their clients with air operations, aviation, contingency operations, development, intelligence training and solutions, operations and maintenance, security services and training and mentoring
