The DCH Healthcare Company provides health services for residents of Tuscaloosa and other communities in Western Alabama. They have a regional Medical Clinic which provides 580bed inpatient capacity. This clinic is located near the University of Alabama and provides fullservice teaching. DCH also have other smaller medical centers in the surrounding counties which in total can provide and house 320 acute care beds. These medical centers can provide inpatient and out0patient services.
